Using OATS test results

This is based on data available using Enzymes produced by the bacteria. Some probiotics may have no information. The intent is to help identify possible probiotics to increase or decrease compounds. To this was added diet suggestions

  1. Some probiotics consume (substrate) these compounds
  2. Some probiotics produce these compounds
  3. Blog Post Explaining origin of this feature for probiotics
  4. Post explaining the Red PDF Buttons
  5. Note: It helps to check KEGG diagrams on what compounds feed the process.
  6. For more details and a video, see this post

For Probiotics, checked the desired one, and the best net one(s) will be computed.
